An analytical conference led by the BC Intellectuals Forum evaluating the historic gap between demographic strength and legislative representation in Telangana's Palakurthi constituency.
During a community assembly organized in Hyderabad, retired IAS officer and BC Intellectuals Forum Chairman T. Chiranjeevulu advocated for targeted educational, administrative, and political mobilization across backward classes, focusing on the Rajaka community. Referencing state survey metrics that record the community's population at approximately 10 lakhs (2.8% of Telangana's total population), he highlighted the disparity where proportional representation would yield 4 to 5 MLAs, yet representation has historically remained near zero.
